We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Part-Time in-house Recruitment Advisor to join our team. This position is 100% office based (no remote or hybrid working). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent to meet our organisational needs. This role requires strong relationship management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers alike. The Recruiter will utilise various tools and platforms to enhance our recruitment efforts.

Weekly Shift: 20 to 25-Hours (working a 5-day week Monday to Friday).

Annual Basic Salary Range: £20,000 to £22,000 (Part-time, depending on experience). Pro-Rata Basic Salary: Up to £35,000 (depending on experience).

Location: Outskirts of Southampton (own transport is essential).

  • Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates for open positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates.
  • Utilise computerised systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
  • Engage in social media management to promote job openings and enhance the company’s employer brand.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications against job requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and suggest improvements to enhance the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment as an external recruiter, agency recruitment consultant, or in-house recruiter.
  • Familiarity with lead generation techniques and relationship management practices.
  • Proficient in using computerised systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
