Overview: Due to continued growth, we are looking for an additional project manager to join our team, with the goal for you to become responsible for helping with the overall success of delivery a project. You must have a clean and full UK manual driving license.
If you are looking for a challenging hands-on role working to set targets in a responsible, safe, and correct manner, with some occasions working over the regular hours, opening, and checking sites, dropping keys off, completing various on-site project manager success. This will not be a position where you spend most of your day sat at the office desk, most days will be different and varied, travelling around London.
You will be required to perform effectively, within tight timescales, keep within budgets, create and maintain good relationships with clients. Helping to plan and arrange visits to existing and potential clients, ensuring the best levels of support are given, to enhance the company’s relationships and reputation. Communicating project progress to all parties, organising, and managing teams to complete projects, and maintain high standards.
Daily Tasks:
- Opening / closing projects
- Supplying sites with materials
- Check emails daily
- Maintain company property
- Keep all internal and external stakeholders informed of project progress
- Organising daily task lists
- Delegating responsibilities where necessary
- Attending project and client meetings
- Keep up-to-date with policy and legislation changes regarding health and safety and local councils (disposal of site waste and safety on site)
- Provide risk assessments
- Undertake site checks to monitor progress
- Ensuring sites are kept clean and rubbish free
Essentials:
- Eligible to work a full-time permanent role in UK (no visa sponsorship available)
- Must have a full manual UK driving license and be able to drive a moped or scooter, and company van
- Must live in the London area
- Must be able to communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Experience in construction and property project management
- Proof of right to work
