We are seeking motivated individuals who want to learn and develop new skills and a career in woodwork, machine operating, carpentry, and production. If you are reliable, can take direction and instruction, and can follow repetitive tasks so that you learn the basics of producing mass or modular items, then we can give you the tools to build a successful career and trade.

This will be a challenging work environment as you will need to work to deadlines, so that customer orders are completed on time, to the quality and standard required. You will also be expected to complete physical tasks, lifting and carrying up to 25kg, learning how to use cutting and tooling machines, and working on your feet.

This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills within a manufacturing environment specialising in wood products. The position involves hands-on work in a dynamic setting, providing valuable experience in fabrication, assembly, and warehouse operations. Successful candidates will be eager to learn, reliable, and physically capable of handling the demands of the role. Own transport is essential to get to site (no bus or train links).

Shift Pattern: 07:30am till 17:00pm (Monday to Friday).

Hourly Pay Rate: £12.75 (reviewed after successful completion of 12-week probation). All hours will be paid weekly, and we are offering full-time temporary to permanent employment opportunities.

Essentials:

  • Can work a full-time permanent employment in the UK.
  • Have your own car or motorbike.
  • Able to complete physical duties.
  • Can communicate effectively and concisely in English (written and verbal).
  • Good level of mathematics to be able to work out measurements and dimensions.
  • You will need to complete an online registration form and pass right to work checks.
