Basic Annual Salary Range: 32,000 to 38,000 (annual profit share and bonuses are also available).

Job Overview:
- Supervise the activity of the warehouse team to ensure the night shift's tasks are achieved on time.
- Ensure that all orders are picked, processed, invoiced, and packaged correctly, on time.
- Identify and resolve problems as they arise throughout the day and communicate with the Administration and Sales to resolve problems and issues.
- Ensure staff are always aware of what they are expected to do (and the reasons why).
- Plan the next day's delivery loads.
- Help apply an induction programme on the basic skills for new recruits.
- Help cross train staff in all warehouse disciplines.
- Assist with the purchasing of packing materials and other consumables, e.g. tools, gloves, saw blades, working to a pre-agreed budget.
- Help to make improvements in efficiency in the warehouse, regarding effective use of warehouse space, racking, machinery, and equipment.
- Assist and support the warehouse manager and assume responsibility in his absence.
- Follow and apply the established warehouse systems (e.g. loading, off-loading, labelling, picking, collections etc.).
- Train warehouse personnel to follow established procedures.
