Production Operative Wanted Due to increased production and workload, we require an additional full-time temporary to permanent production and or factory operative, with any food production / handling, factory, or machine operating experience, to work rotating shift patterns Monday to Friday, 40-Hours Per Week.
You must have a car or mode of transport to get to and from work (no bus or train services available).
Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly Rotating Shift Patterns:
- Day Shift 06:00am till 14:15pm
- Afternoon Shift 14:00pm till 22:15pm
Hourly Pay Rates:
- Trial Shifts (up to 12-weeks) 12.90 per hour.
- Rotating Shifts 13.03 per hour (no matter what shift is worked).
If successful at interview you will complete paid trial shifts to experience the job and to collaborate with the team. If you are successful with the trial shifts (mornings and afternoons), you will move to a full-time, temporary to permanent position. Your assessment will continue up to 12-weeks and at completion your pay rate will increase to 13.03 per hour on any Rotating Shift that you work.
Due to the rural location, you must have a car, or motorbike to commute to work each day as there are no bus or train services. If you live locally then you might be able to cycle to and from work within 30-minutes, in all weather conditions.
