About the Role: We are working with a well-established food production company seeking an experienced Food Production Supervisor to join their early shift team. You will work closely with the Factory/Shift Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, organise staff, and ensure production targets are met. This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will lead by example, monitor KPIs, and keep production running smoothly in a busy FMCG environment. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and support production staff on the early shift * Organise daily work patterns and ensure staff understand their duties * Monitor performance and productivity against KPIs * Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and food hygiene * Support continuous improvement initiatives * Update and maintain company systems and records * Work with management to ensure smooth production flow Requirements: * Supervisory or management experience (ideally within a food production environment) * Strong leadership and organisational skills * Good IT skills for updating systems and records * Excellent communication and people management skills * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations * Full UK driving licence and own transport (due to rural location) Why Apply? * 12-week temp to perm opportunity * Competitive pay with weekly bonus * Overtime available * Staff discount on produce after qualifying period * Be part of a friendly and established production team
