Food Production Operatives Wanted We are looking for candidates with transferable skills in food production, factory work, catering, and machine operating.

You must be able to communicate fluently in English.

You will receive career development training, mentoring into other areas of the business, promotion, and pay reviews, to give you long-term employment stability.

A car or motorbike is essential to get to and from work (no bus or train services available)!

Work

  • Day Shift Week 1: 06:00am till 14:15pm / Afternoon Shift Week 2: 14:00pm till 22:15pm. Rotating each week. Hourly Pay Rates:
  • Probation Period (12-weeks) £12.90 to £13.50 per hour. and raising after probation. Employee Benefits:

  • Health & wellbeing programme. Job Summary: You will learn a range of production methods, processes and procedures. Duties:
  • Operate production machinery, work on a conveyor belt, process production line.
  • Monitor the process to guarantee product safety and product quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the equipment you are using.
  • Maintain records and production data, as well as a clean and safe workstation.
  • Lift and carry up to 25kg around the production floor, to and from various machines. Apply today
