- Rotating Shift Patterns You Will Work on a Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly Basis:
- Day Shift: 06:00am till 14:15pm / Afternoon Shift: 14:00pm till 22:15pm.
Hourly Pay Rates
- Probation Period (12-weeks) £12.90 per hour.
- Rotating Shifts £13.03 per hour (no matter what shift is worked).
Job Summary
Using your transferable skills to assist with day or afternoon production shifts.
You will learn a range of production methods, processes, and procedures, as well as learning machine operating skills.
We are looking for candidates with transferable skills in food production, factory work, catering, and machine operating. You must be able to communicate fluently in English.
You will receive career development training, mentoring into other areas of the business, promotion, and pay reviews, to give you long-term employment stability.
You just need to be reliable, able to complete the physical requirements, follow production schedules and processes, and you must be able to work the rotating shift patterns.
Duties
- Operate production machinery, work on a conveyor belt / process production line.
- Monitor the process to guarantee product safety and product quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of the equipment you are using.
- Maintain records and production data, as well as a clean and safe workstation.
- Lift and carry up to 25kg around the production floor, to and from various machines.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food processing or factory production is preferred.
- Ability to follow process / instructions and to production targets.
- Must be able to complete all physical duties required, and work on your feet.
- Must be able to wear all PPE and adhere to company health and safety policies.
