Construction Equipment Supervisor's Wanted Temporary to Permanent, PAYE Opportunity (12-Week Working Trial). Starting Salary £17-Per Hour (Equivalent Basic Annual Salary of £37,500). Realistic Bonuses and Overtime Available On Top (OTE £40,000+). All Weekend Work Paid at Overtime Rate. Minimum Contracted 42.5-Hours Per Week – Core Hours 9am to 5:30pm, Mon to Fri. Travelling Across The UK to Various Construction Sites Using Company Vehicle. You will be the Lead person responsible for a two-person team, reporting directly to the Contracts Manager in charge of each specific contract, responsible for the work on site, required to liaise with clients, take responsibility for all aspects including safety, equipment, site discipline, administration, and communication. On some occasions you may be responsible for multiple teams.
