An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Registry team at the Royal Veterinary College (RVC). Founded in 1791, the RVC is one of the largest and longest established veterinary schools in the world. The RVC offers outstanding undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in veterinary medicine, veterinary nursing, and biomedical sciences and carries out world class veterinary and bioscience research ranging from the molecular level through whole animal to population-based studies.

The successful candidate will work within the Student Resolution and Compliance (SRC) Team to deliver administrative casework support. This is a varied role which will encompass support across all SRC procedures, with a primary focus on Academic Conduct, Misconduct and Final Formal Review. The post holder will be responsible for the administrative tasks related to the successful coordination of casework. This includes responsibility for tracking and recording case progression, convening panels and minute taking.

The post holder will work with the Student Resolution and Compliance (Casework) Manager to enhance service delivery within SRC by supporting wider projects, such as the delivery of staff training on SRC procedures. The post holder will be a key member of the Academic Registry team. They will be a highly motivated and adaptable team player, capable of working independently and keen to develop themselves in this role. They will need to be confident and competent at liaising with all levels of staff within the RVC. Excellent organisational, interpersonal skills and competency in service delivery are essential. To fulfil this role, you should have a keen eye for detail.

The post will be based at Hawkshead or Camden Campus and is part-time, 0.6 FTE (21hrs), to work across three days per week. The majority of operational tasks will be based at Hawkshead Campus and so, there is a requirement to work from this location a minimum of two days a week. There is scope to work from Camden campus one day a week, if desired.
