RSBC Dorton College, an independent specialist college for vision-impaired learners, seeks a Vice Principal, Quality and Achievement to provide strategic leadership for education quality, curriculum excellence and inspection readiness.

You will lead quality cycles, monitor performance and drive evidence-based improvement across Dorton College and partner provision.

You will have Qualified Teacher Status with QTVI status or equivalent, and strong leadership experience in quality assurance.
