The role focuses on consistency, patience and compassionate care to enable fuller, more independent lives. A manual UK driving licence is beneficial; sleep-ins are paid as part of the package.
You will work 37.5 hours per week with guaranteed hours, receive paid training and join a friendly, supportive team that values a values-led approach and person-centred support.
