Salary: £13.70 per hour (£26,715 per annum) plus benefits. Sleep‑ins are compulsory in this role and paid at £50.00 per sleep.

Hours: 37.5 hours guaranteed – stability you can count on

Contract: Permanent

We welcome applications from people at all levels — whether you’re new to social care or have lots of experience. This is a physical, hands‑on role, and to succeed you’ll have:

• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• The ability to work full‑time (37.5hours per week) with a 7-day availability
• Previous experience in a care/support setting
• The ability to work long shifts (12 hours +)
• A validmanual UK driving licence
• The legal right to live and work in the UK
• The ability to workone "sleep-in" per week(at a rate of £50 per night on top of base salary)
