This is a physical, hand-on role for someone who is experienced in supporting people that may demonstrate challenging behaviour, and tosucceed you'll have:

• A full UK manual driving licence (not essential)

• A practical, active approach to work, with the ability to support peoplethroughout the day
• A caring, positive and resilient mindset

About the Home

At Arnold Road, Dorset we support a lovely lady who hastransitioned from a long stay acute setting to her own home, supported bySeeability. She has moderate learning disabilities but manages her personalcare with minimal prompting. The days are filled with visits to the farm to feed the animals, attending local village events such as crafts and singing. Being a confident swimmer is essential as the lady attends weekly swimming.
