Keyworker Positions
Rushton Futures (Part of The Royal School for the Blind Charity) are looking to recruit exceptional individuals to join our team of committed Key workers to support our young adults in everyday activities whilst promoting independence.

We are seeking suitable candidates who have a caring, warm nature, are outgoing, and non-judgmental with an ability to work as part of a team. Although not essential, we are looking for candidates who have experience as a carer, preferably having worked alongside young people who are described as having complex needs. More importantly we are looking for individuals who mirror the values of Rushton Futures and who hold the competencies needed to provide outstanding support to our service users. Ideally you should be qualified to NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Health and Social Care, but if not, willing to work toward this. All relevant training will be given. Support our young adults in everyday activities while promoting independence. Work as part of a team to provide care and assistance in a variety of settings.
Qualifications
Preferred: NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Health and Social Care. If not qualified, willingness to work toward this. Experience as a carer, preferably with young people who have complex needs. All relevant training will be provided.
