This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Udaipur at The Royal Retreat Resort & Spa. As a Human Resources Manager, your primary responsibilities will include managing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and benefits administration. You will oversee compliance with labor laws and company policies, foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and implement performance management programs. Additionally, you will collaborate with department heads to support their staffing and personnel management needs while driving initiatives for employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
