About Us: The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. Our eight Royal Parks and other iconic green spaces are among the most visited attractions in the UK with tens of millions of visits every year.
We are now looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join TRP on a permanent, full-time basis working 36 hours per week.

The Role: As Senior People Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to Directors and senior leaders, delivering expert people solutions that support organisational priorities and drive business performance. You will lead strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning and organisational development initiatives, while supporting change programmes, restructures and cultural transformation across the organisation. Working closely with leaders, you will use workforce data and insight to inform decision-making, develop management capability through coaching and guidance, and champion diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. You will also oversee complex employee relations matters, ensuring a fair, consistent and legally compliant approach, while leading the development of people policies, communications, frameworks and tools that enhance the employee experience. In addition, you will manage and develop the People Business Partners and Advisors, embedding a proactive, collaborative and high-performing business partnering model that delivers excellent outcomes across TRP. This is an exciting opportunity to influence organisational culture, lead major people initiatives and shape the future of business partnering across The Royal Parks. You'll also lead and develop a team of People professionals, ensuring a proactive, consistent and high-quality service across the organisation.
About You: To be considered as Senior People Business Partner, you will need:
- Significant experience in a People Business Partner or similar senior HR role
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic people outcomes
- Strong expertise in organisational change, workforce planning, talent management and employee relations
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Outstanding coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
