The predicted salary is between 38000 - 45423 £ per year.

We are now looking for a Landscape Architect to join us on a full-time,12-month fixed term contract for maternity cover, working 36 hours per week.

As a Landscape Architect, you will play a key role in developing innovative design solutions from concept through to delivery.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, stakeholders, and consultants to create sustainable, attractive, and functional outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support landscape design projects at all stages
  • Prepare landscape masterplans, detailed designs, reports, and presentations
  • Produce high-quality drawings, visualisations, and technical documentation
  • Work closely with planners, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Undertake site visits and assist with project monitoring and delivery
  • Contribute to client meetings, project bids, and business development activities
  • Ensure designs meet environmental, planning, and regulatory requirements

To be considered as a Landscape Architect

  • A degree in Landscape Architect or a related discipline
  • Chartered status (or working towards chartership) with the Landscape Institute
  • Experience delivering landscape projects within consultancy, local authority, or private practice environments
  • Strong design, technical, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in relevant design software such as Auto CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, GIS, or similar
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A passion for sustainable and people-focused design

The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017.

We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London.

These are Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Green Park, St James's Park, The Regent's Park and Primrose Hill, Greenwich Park, Richmond Park and Bushy Park.
