About Us

The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. These are: Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Green Park, St James’s Park, The Regent's Park and Primrose Hill, Greenwich Park, Richmond Park and Bushy Park. We also manage other important public spaces including Brompton Cemetery and Victoria Tower Gardens. Our eight Royal Parks and other public spaces are among the most visited attractions in the UK with tens of millions of visits every year.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will lead projects from early feasibility through to completion, managing consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. You’ll also play a key role in the delivery of the Roehampton Restored programme, contributing to a flagship project that will shape the future of Richmond Park.

About You

  • Proven experience managing construction or capital works projects
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Knowledge of project delivery frameworks (RIBA stages, governance, risk management)
  • Experience working with consultants and contractors in a multi-disciplinary environment
  • A solid understanding of health and safety legislation (e.g. CDM 2015)
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
