The Audiences and Commercial department drives income, grows and diversifies audiences, and promotes the Royal Ballet and Opera’s work across multiple platforms, including live performances, digital content, cinema, and touring. The Marketing team plays a key role in delivering campaigns that build brand engagement and maximise revenue.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Email Marketing Manager to lead CRM activity, delivering targeted, data-led campaigns that enhance customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

Our ideal candidate will be a strategic and data-driven marketing professional with strong CRM expertise, capable of managing complex campaigns, leading automation initiatives, and collaborating effectively across teams to deliver impactful customer journeys.

Can you demonstrate any of the following:

  • Proven experience in CRM, email marketing, or customer marketing roles, ideally (but not essential) from within the Arts & Entertainment sector
  • Strong understanding of customer data, segmentation, and lifecycle management
  • Experience delivering automated and personalised email campaigns
  • Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into action
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and project management capability
  • Knowledge of data protection and GDPR requirements
  • Experience working with CRM and Customer Data platforms (Prospect2 and Tessitura Segmentation Sets and List Manager highly desirable)
