Thanks to the role played by our Audiences & Commercial (A&C) division we continue to push boundaries and explore new ways to tell our stories, helping encourage people to attend live performances, watch screenings at the cinema or performances streamed online, or simply come in to enjoy the shop, bars, and restaurants in our iconic Covent Garden building.
As we continue to expand and diversify our audiences, the team are looking to appoint a Delivery Lead, to support our Head of Studios with overseeing the end-of-the-end production and delivery of creative assets.
As Delivery Lead you will be working primarily across editorial, imagery, digital & print design and audio-visual content, you will ensure projects are effectively prioritised, resourced, scheduled and delivered to the highest standards, on time and within budget.
You will act as a key partner to internal stakeholders, providing visibility of demand, managing production workflows and driving continuous improvement across the creative production process.
Essential to the role, candidates will need to be able to demonstrate: Proven experience leading delivery, operations, or project management in a creative, content, or marketing environment.
Strong understanding of digital, print and audio-visual production processes, formats and workflows.
Demonstrable project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience of resource planning, workflow management and budget control.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance quality, cost and delivery objectives.
Experience in using project management and production workflow tools (e. g.
Jira) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
