Job Overview
As an apprentice Commis Chef you will take your first steps to becoming a vital part of our high-performing brigade. You will spend your days preparing delicious food in a well-equipped kitchen, developing your skills under the guidance of our talented Head Chef, all while completing a Level2 apprenticeship.
Responsibilities
- Control the order and storage of food supplies.
- Prepare and present food for service.
- Adhere to food safety standards.
- Assist the kitchen team when necessary to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Continually develop new skills and put them into practice.
- Help maintain a high-quality experience for guests, from breakfast to a three-course meal.
