THE PACKAGE
- Team Leader (Full-Time): £13.50 per hour | Permanent | 40 hours per week

ABOUT THE ROYAL OAK
The Royal Oak is a well-loved pub in the heart of Rothley, Leicestershire - and it has just had a complete makeover. With nearly £500,000 invested in the renovation, the venue is being relaunched with around 60-70 covers and a fresh direction. Everards, one of the East Midlands' most respected independent brewers, is behind the project.
THE ROLES
We are recruiting two Full-Time Team Leaders and a number of Part-Time Front of House staff to join ahead of opening. Team Leaders will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the floor - supporting the management team, leading by example, and helping the part-time team hit the ground running. Part-time FOH staff will deliver great service across bar and floor, working flexible hours to suit the business.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Deliver warm, attentive service across bar and table - every shift, every customer
- Support and guide junior team members (Team Leaders)
- Keep the floor running smoothly during busy service periods
- Handle drinks orders, food service, and till transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented environment
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere from day one
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Essential — Team Leader: Proven front of house experience in a bar, restaurant, or pub environment or; Experience in a supervisory or team leader role (hospitality preferred). Confident working evenings and weekends as part of your regular schedule.
Essential - Part-Time FOH / Waitress / Bar Staff: A genuine interest in hospitality and customer service. Comfortable working evenings and weekends. Reliable, punctual, and a good communicator.
Useful, not essential (all roles): Previous bar or waiting experience. Experience working in a newly opened or relaunched venue.
