Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including food offerings and drink specials
- Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using basic math skills
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential
- Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing excellent customer experiences
- Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage
