We are currently looking for a Senior Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser to join our Fundraising team, reporting to the Major Giving & Events Manager. You’ll bring both passion and professionalism to the role, focusing on developing corporate partnerships, securing new business and delivering sustainable income to support our beneficiaries.
Role ResponsibilitiesAs Senior Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser, you will lead on both new business development and the growth of existing partnerships. The role includes responsibility for managing a significant income budget and working collaboratively with colleagues across RNRMC to maximise corporate support and long‑term impact. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Take strategic responsibility for securing new corporate partnerships and increasing sustainable corporate income in line with agreed annual targets.
- Independently manage and deliver against a significant six‑figure corporate income budget, with clear KPI ownership and performance reporting.
- Develop and maintain a strong, research‑led pipeline of corporate prospects across multiple sectors.
- Identify, cultivate and secure new corporate partners through tailored written proposals, pitches and presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Lead the account management of product partnerships and Bridge Partners, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled and partnerships are strategically grown year‑on‑year.
- Deliver high‑quality, bespoke stewardship plans to maximise partner retention, income growth and long‑term value.
- Identify, negotiate and secure sponsorship income and commercial opportunities aligned to fundraising campaigns and events.

Job RequirementsOur ideal candidate will have 5 years of proven experience in fundraising, account management or a comparable role. You will be highly organised and self‑motivated, with strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships at a senior level. The role requires comfort working towards ambitious targets, managing competing priorities and maintaining accurate records, alongside a professional, flexible and calm approach under pressure.
