Overview

The Sales Administrator will support the account manager and customer manager with providing a first class service to our B2B Royal Mint customers by ensuring that orders, emails and complaints are actioned with the SLA\\\’s for the department.

Responsibilities

  • Support the account manager and customer manager to provide a first class service to B2B Royal Mint customers by ensuring that orders, emails and complaints are actioned within SLA requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A good general level of maths.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge of data management and stock systems.
