The Product & Project Manager role leads the management and performance of the jewellery product range within the Precious Metals Design team. The role oversees the full product lifecycle – from insight and development through launch, pricing and ongoing trading – to ensure commercial targets are achieved across all channels. This is a broad high impact role in a small, agile team, combining product ownerships, B2B commercial leadership, and operational support to drive growth and profitability.
- Proven experience in product management, merchandising or commercial roles with physical product
- Demonstrated success leading B2B or white label commercial projects, including pricing and customer negotiation
- Strong understanding of pricing, demand planning and margin management
- Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail
