Your role with us: To be part of the Product Concept team who are accountable for creating commercially viable and innovative customer-centric concepts that anticipate future needs and fuel sustainable growth for the business. Working across the Collect and Invest Business Units, managing the development of new product concepts and propositions to fulfil roadmap requirements, and ensuring timely approval before handing over to the Value Stream.
We are looking for people who have:
- Demonstrable experience working in a D2C Consumer business, ideally within a premium brand is essential
- Experience in working with physical product is a must
- Significant product management experience, including familiarity with market/consumer research and most elements of the marketing mix
- Experience with new product development, Market Requirement Documents, Product Requirements Documents, managing and hitting KPIs.
We are looking for people who are:
- Familiar with analytics for the measurement and analytics of data points segmentation funnels and cohorts
- Commercially astute with an ability to develop, justify and present financially solid business cases
- Able to influence other functions in order to achieve objectives
- Able to clearly and easily articulate ideas and benefits
