Your role with us:

The PMR Account Manager plays a pivotal role in the commercial operations of the Precious Metals Recovery business. The role focuses on ensuring proactive supplier engagement through structured communication plans, maintaining and expanding supplier relationships as well as onboarding new suppliers, processing orders and improving feedstock quality.

We are looking for people who have:

  • Experience in account management, telesales or sales within a B2B setting
  • A proven ability to build rapport and manage commercial relationships remotely
  • Proven and effective experience of managing complex and demanding customers and suppliers
  • The ability to ruthlessly prioritise tasks and projects to meet business requirements
  • Strong commercial acumen with a drive to meet and exceed targets
