An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Precious Metals division at The Royal Mint supporting the growth of a dynamic and expanding area of the business. As we continue to develop new products, services and sales channels across our ecosystem, this role will play a key part in driving commercial growth and building strong customer partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional to help shape and grow a developing part of the organisation. You will identify new opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients across a variety of sales channels.

We are looking for people who have:

  • Demonstrable experience in a business development or sales growth role
  • Experience of developing new product and service propositions
  • Proven ability in negotiating and closing sales
  • Experience of working with third parties to develop services or supply relationships
  • The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, internal stakeholders and external contacts
