Royal Mint Ventures is the strategic growth division of The Royal Mint where we are focused on building sustainable, diversified commercial ventures beyond coin manufacturing. Operating across two pillars:
- Precious Metals Design (PMD) β includes luxury jewellery (886 by The Royal Mint), a developing premium brand, and Lifestyle Manufacturing.
- Precious Metals Recovery (PMR) β a pioneering B2B initiative focused on sustainable e-waste recycling and precious metals recovery.
As Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Marketing Director in delivering high impact campaigns, brand building initiatives and lead generation activities across both B2B and B2C audiences. This is a hands-on role where you will work across diverse projects from digital campaigns and CRM programmes to trade marketing, event support and content developing ensuring excellence in delivery and execution. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who is looking to build experience in a high growth, sustainability led portfolio environment.
We are looking for people who have:
- Substantial marketing experience in a B2B/B2C or portfolio business environment
- Demonstrable experience delivering campaigns across digital, CRM, content and/or brand channels
- Strong writing and content development skills for technical and lifestyle audiences
- Hands on experience with CRM systems, CMS tools, analytics platforms and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
