PMR Workspace is a rapidly growing electronics processing and materials recovery business. The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that all materials are handled safely, accurately, and in full compliance with waste and environmental regulations. This role sets the pace, standards, and strategy for warehouse operations - driving high performance, improving processes, and supporting the operational demands of a high-growth business.
This is a safety-first, compliance-led, and accuracy-driven role for a proactive leader who thrives on autonomy and takes ownership of warehouse standards.
We are looking for people who have:
- Strong experience in warehouse management within waste, recycling, manufacturing, engineering or heavy industry.
- An understanding of waste regulations, hazardous materials, POP’s and environmental compliance.
- A proven track record of improving stock accuracy, warehouse layout and operational efficiency.
- Organisational discipline and are able to run a warehouse with pace, structure and consistency.
