Your role with us: As a key leader within the Planning function, the Planning Manager is responsible for leading and developing the Cell Planning team to deliver robust, achievable, and efficient production plans across the factory and tool room operations. The role is critical in ensuring production plans align with customer demand, operational capability, launch requirements, and strategic business objectives.
We are looking for people who have:
- Proven experience in a planning leadership or management role within a manufacturing environment
- Experience in production planning, scheduling and MRP Processes
- Experience leading or supporting ERP implementation or transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of production planning, master scheduling, MRP and capacity planning
