Your role with us: The Training Manager is responsible for building capability across the Customer Service function by designing and delivering effective, practical training solutions. The role ensures colleagues are equipped with the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to deliver a high quality customer experience, including confident use of systems, processes and AI enabled tools.

We are looking for people who have:

  • A strong background in Customer Service operations, processes and problem solving
  • Knowledge of HubSpot CRM (desirable), with a willingness to proactively develop capability if not already proficient
  • Experience in creating and delivering structured training programmes in both classroom and 1:1 coaching settings
  • A demonstrable experience designing technical customer service training tailored to diverse audiences.

We are looking for people who are:

  • Experienced in embedding system changes, digital tools or automation into operational teams.
  • Able to create engaging, high quality learning content across multiple formats
  • Strong communicator with exceptional attention to consistency and detail
  • Highly effective at coaching with ability to build confidence and capability in others
