The Data Business Partner sits within the Technology team working alongside data engineers whilst being embedded across TRM’s business units. The post holder will act as a bridge between business leaders and the technology function to translate commercial problems into data driven solutions and ensure those solutions are owned, understood and sustained by the business areas they serve.
We are looking for people who have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data driven mindset
- Significant hands-on experience working with data across enterprise platforms
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL or equivalent reporting and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of data governance principles and experience applying these in a commercial environment
