At The Royal Mint, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to support two senior Executives, including our Chief People Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate (or equivalent) with some experience in diary management or administrative support, looking to develop their career in Executive Support within a respected and fast-paced organisation.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our Executives are well supported day-to-day - from managing diaries and coordinating meetings to helping priorities run smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for people who have:
- A degree (or equivalent) and some experience in an administrative or EA/PA support role
- Experience managing diaries, meetings, and competing priorities
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A professional, discreet approach when handling confidential information
