As National Clinical Governance Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring clinical governance meets legislation, NMC standards and regulatory requirements. Our values are Kind, Supportive, and Trusted. They shape how we care for residents, support colleagues and lead our teams.

- A coach who translates clinical regulations into practical guidance for frontline teams
You will collaborate with Clinical Nurse Managers and operational teams to strengthen clinical practice, support governance reviews, lead audits and ensure continuous improvement. This visible leadership role will allow you to make a meaningful impact on residents, colleagues and services nationwide.
