Lead and strengthen clinical excellence, quality improvement and regulatory compliance across our nursing services. Support Clinical Nurse Managers and nursing teams, champion best practice and ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care.

What You'll Bring
  • RGN qualification with active NMC registration
  • Strong clinical leadership and governance experience within health or social care
  • Knowledge of clinical governance, CQC/CIW standards, safeguarding, and quality assurance
  • Experience developing nursing teams and Clinical Nurse Managers
  • Understanding of audits, risk management, IPC, and clinical supervision
  • A coach who translates clinical regulations into practical guidance for frontline teams

You will collaborate with Clinical Nurse Managers and operational teams to strengthen clinical practice, support governance reviews, lead audits and ensure continuous improvement.
