The Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution Care Company at Connaught Court, Fulford, York, is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Assistant to keep the Home safe and fully functional.
You will perform routine maintenance, respond to repair requests, and work closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure safety and comfort.
With hands-on skills and a proactive approach, you’ll fix issues, check water temperatures, test electricals, handle plumbing and assist with fire safety and light carpentry.
