You’ll be the reassuring first point of contact for everyone who visits or calls the home. Your calm, friendly approach will set the tone for their experience. You’ll support smooth day-to-day administration, recruitment processes and accurate record keeping, helping our home run with confidence and consistency. With your attention to detail, empathy and positivity, your contribution will make a meaningful difference to residents, families and colleagues.

About the Role
You’ll welcome visitors, handle telephone enquiries and provide a calm, professional presence at the heart of the home. You’ll support recruitment by arranging interviews, checking documentation and preparing new starter files, while maintaining accurate HR and resident records. You’ll assist with payroll, petty cash and general finance tasks, and keep the office running smoothly through organised filing, note‑taking and stationery management. Working closely with the Business Relationship Manager, you’ll help ensure smooth operations so the team can focus on delivering excellent, person‑centred care. This role keeps the home organised and running smoothly, ensuring visitors are welcomed, records are accurate, and staff have the support they need to deliver great care.
