About the Role
As Housekeeping Team Leader, you’ll oversee the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and order across the home, including resident rooms and communal spaces. You’ll manage daily cleaning schedules, oversee laundry services and ensure all health, safety and infection control procedures are followed. Additionally, you’ll handle rota planning, staff training and ensure your team is equipped with the resources they need to succeed. As the Infection Prevention and Control Link, you’ll also drive infection control efforts and manage deep cleans to maintain a safe and comfortable home for all residents.
