As Clinical Nurse Manager, you’ll provide hands‑on leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring clinical practice meets NMC and CQC/CIW standards. You’ll oversee care delivery, clinical supervision, audits and decision‑making, supporting both your team and the residents they care for. Our values are Kind, Supportive and Trusted. What You’ll Bring
  • A relevant nursing qualification with active NMC registration
  • Strong clinical skills, including palliative care, medication administration and advanced nursing procedures

About the Role

The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for leading the nursing team and ensuring the highest standards of care. You will oversee daily care delivery, clinical supervision, audits and medication management, while supporting staff development and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This hands‑on role allows you to influence care practices directly, provide clinical guidance and make critical decisions, supporting residents and staff alike. You will also collaborate with the Home Manager and wider team to continuously improve services and implement evidence‑based practices. Your expertise and leadership directly support your nursing team, ensure residents receive the best possible care, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment, making a difference every single day.
