The predicted salary is between 800 - 1400 £ per month.
The administration assistant/receptionist is an integral member of the Diagnostic radiology team, under the supervision of the Imaging Support Manager. The post holder will coordinate all administrative aspects of Diagnostic radiology including front line reception, scheduling of all modality bookings on the Radiology Information System (RIS) and clerical duties using other hospital IT systems. The Imaging department also works within a high-quality management system and has maintained alignment with Quality Standard for Imaging (QSI) since February 2018.
Qualifications and Experience
- Evidence of effective interpersonal skills with particular ability to liaise with multidisciplinary team members.
- Experience of working in a pressurised environment.
- Experience of using hospital IT and booking systems.
The successful candidate should be a highly motivated individual with good communication skills, punctual and courteous at all times and be able to remain calm under pressure. They should be flexible to work between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 8am to 5pm weekends as shifts demand.
