The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Haematology Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our Cancer Services Directorate. This is a full‑time role (37.5 hours per week) based primarily at the Sutton site, with travel required to all Trust sites including Chelsea. The position is a band 7 / 8a depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver advanced nursing practice within haemato‑oncology across inpatient, outpatient and day‑care settings for both NHS and private patients.
- Provide expert clinical care and act as a role model and leader for all members of staff.
- Carry out extended roles including routine management of haemato‑oncology patients, practical procedures and patient admission.
- Shape the future of haemato‑oncology services within the Trust.
- Participate in trust quality and process improvement project groups.
- Maintain and enhance the 7‑day service for senior cancer nurses.
