The Royal Marsden invites applications for a Quality Support Officer in the Clinical Genomics department. The role supports the Quality Officer in maintaining and developing the department’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 15189 accreditation standards and Trust policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate audits and support UKAS inspection preparation.
- Manage document control, incident management, and non-conformance monitoring.
- Track and report Key Quality Indicators (KQI) and support quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist in data management related to technical aspects of the service.
- Provide specialist administrative duties and training/communication support around quality processes.
