The predicted salary is between 46300 - 52800 £ per year.
Based at our offices in Sutton, you will be at the heart of change, driving projects from inception to completion. The role will involve travel to other Trust sites. The post-holder will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of a number of Digital and Data projects – in the Paediatric Service Transfer programme, but not limited to:
- The programme of work that will deliver the transition of paediatric services from the Royal Marsden and St George's to Guys and St Thomas' (GSTT), focusing on the digital and data migration requirements, including the transfer of patient records, technical dependencies, and the complexities of managing multiple work streams and stakeholders.
This consists of a complex set of sub-projects, supported by an experienced subject matter expert. You will report activity, progress, risk and issues to appropriate project and programme boards. Adhoc clinical technology projects that are GSTT related as required by the Head of Application Architecture and Development, programme manager or wider senior leadership team in RM Digital.
Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager. Demonstrable experience in the healthcare sector and ideally delivered genomics projects. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects. Exceptional communication skills. You have demonstrated leadership ability and expertise in matrix management. A PRINCE2 practitioner level qualification.
