The Royal Marsden in Sutton is seeking a Head of Clinical Research Performance to lead a fixed-term post delivering senior strategic support for rapid set-up of clinical research projects and ensuring alignment with NHS performance targets.
You will oversee the Joint Clinical R&D Core Services function, manage eight senior staff, and report to Board level on programme delivery, quality assurance, governance and finance while balancing duties during a deputy director’s leave.
