The Senior Property and Facilities Manager will manage the maintenance, safety, and management of the Royal Kennel Club building’s employees, members, contractors and visitors. Collaborating with internal colleagues and external contractors, they will oversee a building preventative maintenance programme that ensures buildings are running smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Property and Facilities manager or similar role, preferably in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of building maintenance, repair, and safety procedures.
  • Understanding of legal requirements and regulations related to health, safety, and the environment.
  • Must have achieved or studying towards an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification or an equivalent qualification such as IWFM Level 6 or MSc in Facilities Management.
  • Qualified Fire Warden and First Aider.
  • Experience of managing relationships with multi tenants.
  • Previous experience of managing budgets.
  • Good understanding of BMS functions and systems.
  • Use of own car is preferable as regular travel to non-London sites.
  • Able to attend out of hours call outs and emergencies late evenings or weekends.
