Our Events Team is looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and proactive Senior Events Stand Coordinator on a 12 months fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the selling, planning, allocation and management of trade stands at Crufts and other events that we organise throughout the year.

Working closely with exhibitors, suppliers, and the wider Events Team, you'll oversee the planning and delivery of engaging exhibition spaces that provide an exceptional experience for exhibitors and visitors alike, while contributing to the continued success and reputation of our events.
Requirements
- An event management qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build positive relationships with exhibitors, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience working within an events venue or for an event organising company.
- A good understanding of floor planning processes and relevant regulations.
- Knowledge of event operations and the regulations required to deliver safe and successful events.
- Sales experience, with the ability to identify and maximise commercial opportunities.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage customer information and communications.
- Experience using CAD software for floor plans or event layouts.
- An IOSH Managing Events Safely certificate, or a willingness to obtain one.
