To work with the Senior Brand Manager on the Royal Kennel Club brand, translating overarching strategies, into innovative and compelling creative campaigns, ensuring all marketing materials work to support our ambition. This role requires a deep understanding of the audience to be able to optimise content for them at each touchpoint, ensuring that the creative execution meets expectations. To achieve this, the role requires strong collaboration skills and a deep understanding of the customer journey and the appropriate creative and messaging needed at each phase.
- Confident in delivering a full marketing campaign end-to-end
- Experience in email marketing using DotDigital including segmentation and planning
- Organised, proactive and able to multitask
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Strong and confident communicator, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Proven experience of using analysis to drive decision making
- Some budget management experience
- Basic design skills in Photoshop and Canva
- A marketing qualification
Desirable
- Some knowledge or experience of canine activities
- Experience of using a CRM system
- Experience understanding and reading paid media plans
- Experience updating and amending website content (Umbraco)
- Experience in creating mail marketing strategy
