There are two roles available for Chef de Partie.
The Chef de Partie will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
They will also need to be flexible and hands-on, supporting across multiple sections.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie
- Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques
